Are there any restrictions on who can use your services?The only requirement to use our services is to be at least 18 years of age. We cater to individuals of all demographics and who have a diverse variety of goals.

What's included in the nutrition coaching packages?FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

What do the weekly check-ins look like?During weekly check-ins, your coach will ask you to provide your daily weigh-ins. They will go over your progress for the week, listen to your feedback on any issues you encountered, and answer any questions you may have. Based on your results and feedback, your coach will then be able to modify your meal plan if needed. They check-ins last approximately 15 to 30 minutes. They may be done over text, phone, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams video conference, or email.

How do I communicate with my coach?You may choose to communicate with your coach via text, phone call, or email - whichever is most convenient for you.

Can I meet with my coach in-person?No. At this time, we offer virtual services only, but you may choose to meet with your coach over video conference. By not requiring our coaches to travel, they are more efficient and we can offer more competitive pricing.

Why should I pick your services over that of another company?Our services are all-inclusive, highly personalized, and human-centered. While there exists countless apps, nutrition services, and online programs, most of those tend to be generic and lack the personalization to get you to your specific goals. The nutrition plan itself is a key component of our service, but it's the weekly check-ins and access to a coach for reassurance, accountability, and questions that truly elevates the success rate of our clients. You simply will not get that level of support for a $10 fitness app, which is often what makes the difference for our clients. We're so confident in our services that we offer a cooling-off ('refund') period in excess of what's required from Ontario's Consumer Protection Act. The majority of our clients also come from referrals from existing clients, a fact that we take pride in. We encourage you to look at other providers and to compare our services before committing.

Why do you not offer a one month nutrition coaching package?Much like working out, sustainable progress in your nutrition takes time and consistency. Extreme, quick fix diets simply do not give lasting results and often result in rebounds. Every body is different, so the first two weeks are normally used to gauge your reaction to a specific caloric intake, which provides a starting point for making tweaks to your meal plan. One month is simply insufficient time to understand your unique nutritional needs or to make meaningful progress towards your goals. Instead of selling you a service we know will not yield results up to our standards, we have established a minimum coaching package of three months.

Are your nutrition coaching programs for weight loss only?No. We offer plans for nearly any goal, such as strength and performance, making weight for powerlifting or Olympic lifting competitions, gaining muscle mass, or even preparing for bodybuilding competitions.

Are your coaches registered dieticians?No. Registered dieticians tend to work in a medical setting and prescribe nutrition to address health issues. While improving your diet may improve your overall health, our plans are designed solely for weight loss, muscle gain, performance, or competition - not the treatment of any health issues.

Can you provide nutrition plans to treat my health conditions?No. We are not able to prescribe nutrition to treat any illnesses or health conditions. For such services, please consult your healthcare professional or seek the services of a registered dietician.

How do you determine pricing for your services?Our prices are based on the time required to hold an initial consultation, create a custom meal plan, meet with clients for weekly check-ins, modify nutrition plans as required, and answer any questions a client may have. The high degree of personalization and access to your coach means that the process is labour intensive. The average time commitment for each client, combined with fair rates of pay for our coaches, is reflected in our prices, which are competitive in the industry.

Do you offer any discounts?While we may occasionally have promotional offers, we do not regularly discount our services. Our existing prices are competitive and we offer premium service for the price.

Are there any additional fees?Our pricing is all-inclusive, less sales tax, and there are no additional fees.

Does the pricing include tax?No. The prices displayed are less Ontario harmonized sales tax, which is 13%.

How will I be billed for my nutrition coaching?Clients are billed for the first month of their package on the signing date of their Nutrition Coaching Agreement. Subsequent payments are billed on the monthly anniversary of the Agreement's signing date. If you experience any billing issues or have questions on a payment you have made, please reach out to us.

Can I pay in-full for my nutrition coaching package?Yes. If you wish to pay off the balance of your nutrition coaching package in advance, please reach out to us. At our sole discretion, discounts may be offered for payments made in full.

What is your cancellation policy?Clients are granted a 14 day cooling-off period, during which they may cancel their contract and obtain a full refund by submitting a request in writing by mail, email, or text message to their coach. If the client has received a bodyweight and food scale as a promotion for new customers, they must return the scales within 10 days or their cost will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the request. After the cooling-off period, you may cancel your agreement at any time and for any reason by submitting a request in writing by mail, email, or text message 7 days in advance of the cancelation date. The client will be charged for the services rendered at a pro rata rate of $225.00, regardless of the package chosen. If the client has received a bodyweight and food scale as a promotion for new customers, they must return the scales within 10 days or their cost will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the request. We always advise that clients contact us to discuss the reason for cancelling and potential solutions beforehand.

When will I receive the free bodyweight and food scales for new clients?The scales are dispatched by Amazon within 2 business days of receiving payment for the nutrition plan. Delivery times vary based on location, but are usually within 2 business days of being dispatched.

Do you offer referral incentives?Yes. To be entitled to a referral fee, the referee must mention you in the signing of their Nutrition Coaching Agreement. The fees will be paid out after the cooling off period, so long as the referee continues their services. The referral fees are as follows: 3 Month Package - $50.00 6 Month Package - $75.00 12 Month Package - $100.00

Will you pay me for use of my progress photos?Progress pictures are completely optional for all our clients, except those preparing for a bodybuilding competition, and will never be shared without consent. Our primary metric for measuring progress is bodyweight, however clients may wish to take measurements or progress photos to track their own progress. If progress photos are taken, we may offer at the end of your program to purchase those progress photos for our promotional materials.
